From our first communication Sam has been thorough, helpful, courteous, professional and an absolute joy to deal with. She never balked at receiving random phone calls from me checking on some detail or another and always made herself available to help. She connected me with a conveyancer as well as managing the purchase process, hunting down a great deal with the bank (as well as finding the right bank) and being the go between with them and enabling a first home buyer to get into his first apartment for which I'll be eternally grateful.
