Katie was born and raised in Tamworth before moving to Sydney where she met her husband, Tommy. They moved to Narrabri more than 20 years ago and have never looked back.
Katie or Aunty Kate as she is more widely referred in town worked as a Regional Manager in Employment Services for 14 years before joining one of the major banks as a branch manager for more than 5 years, looking after 2 branches and helping customers with home and personal lending, Aunty Kate decided to join Maddie and Tyrone in the “family business”.
She joined Maddie and Tyrone in Narrabri as she wanted to get back to helping people realise their financial goals whether through buying their dream home or helping to finance their business.
Aunty Kate is a crazy cat lady – only one 16-year-old cat, Mia, but lots of cat “collectables” around the house. Aunty Kate loves to travel – especially Europe in Winter and really enjoys live music events – especially outdoor concerts in the Hunter Valley.
